While our core business is Managing Medical Equipment from our Service, Repair and Support department, we have been encouraged by our clients to further support them by supplying a specialised medical equipment parts and medical supplies sales facility.

A natural evolution over the last 25 years has also been the development of our Training, Management and Consultancy capability which has become a significant growth area.

Medical Equipment Management is here to help you make the difficult choices when purchasing new medical equipment. We will help support what you purchase, and provide training, and ongoing support for local and remote clinicians.

With workshops located in Darwin and Alice Springs, our factory-trained Biomedical Engineers and Technicians are ideally situated to provide fast, professional and reliable repairs and preventative maintenance servicing on a wide range of medical equipment. We also undertake regular servicing trips all over the Territory, and have worked in remote clinics, hospitals, mines, defence bases, vessels, government centres and oil rigs. We provide a 24-hour on-call service, so are available to help anytime you need us.

Management, Records and Consultancy

Every piece of equipment we repair or service is entered into an electronic maintenance database, and a complete service history is maintained for each asset. Remote access can be arranged for contract customers for a real-time view of their equipment lists, as well as granting the ability to log job requests online. Consultancy services are also offered, particularly for Medical Electrical Installations under AS/NZS3003.
